Tenants across Berkeley are getting organized, but landlords regularly weaponize neglect to wear tenants down and avoid negotiating in good faith. In response UAW, SEIU, DSA & Berkeley Tenants Union have worked with our elected officials to draft a measure to force landlords to negotiate with tenant’s associations in good faith. We'll be tabling with UAW April 2nd-4th at the sproul form 11am-3pm If you can stick around longer let us know and we can extend our tabling time.
