Virtual community meeting with Alameda County Treasurer Levy for an ethical investment policy - 3/14

We invite unions, community organizations, and county residents to join a community meeting with Alameda County Treasurer Hank Levy to make sure he understands that we expect our county to adopt an ethical investment policy that prohibits investing public funds in fossil fuel companies, the war industry, and companies that enable gross human rights violations, such as Israeli apartheid. This currently is one of the last meetings Treasurer Levy is hosting to elicit feedback from community groups on the topic, so it's important that he sees that the vast majority of Alameda County will not tolerate investing in genocide.

Because this is only a 30-minute meeting during which we'd also like to engage in dialogue with Treasurer Levy, there will only be time for a limited number of speakers. However, making a strong showing as a community at the meeting will help make our point. Please help make our presence seen!
