 ’ and immigrants’ rights are under attack&mdash\;stand up and fight ba
 ck! </p><p>East Bay DSA is part of the Oakland Sin Fronteras (OSF) coaliti
 on a long-standing tradition of organizing\, recognition and celebration o
 f International Workers’ Day (also known as "May Day") in Oakland.</p><p
 >While the U.S. refuses to recognize May 1st as International Workers’ D
 ay\, our communities do\, and they stand in solidarity with millions world
 wide\, fighting against the exploitation of workers and the oppression of 
 peoples\, lands\, and nations. This year\, we continue that tradition with
  even greater urgency\, as immigrants\, workers\, trans folks and marginal
 ized communities face escalating attacks and racist policies that strip aw
 ay rights and protections. </p><p>We march to reject xenophobia\, border m
 ilitarization\, kidnappings of community members by ICE\, the US-Israeli g
 enocide of the Palestinian people and state violence that continues to har
 m communities of color. We call for full dignity\, respect\, and self-dete
 rmination for all. </p><p>This May Day we gather in Oakland on Indigenous 
 Ohlone land standing in unity with working class struggles here at home an
