New Business

Resolution to Support TDU Fundraiser

Whereas, UPS Teamsters are taking on UPS in the biggest contract campaign in U.S. labor history this summer; and rank-and-file activists need support organizing their coworkers to be strike-ready; 

Whereas, Teamsters for a Democratic Union serves as a key organization for organizing and educating rank-and-file Teamster members; and is building grassroots support for the Teamsters’ campaign at UPS; 

Be it resolved that East Bay DSA endorses the TDU fundraiser on Saturday, May 13 at 2:00 PM in Richmond, CA; 

Therefore be it resolved, East Bay DSA will build attendance for the fundraiser by promoting it on EBDSA’s social media channels, chapter emails, and peer-to-peer texting; 

Therefore be it resolved, East Bay DSA pledges to donate $200
